Constant upsell pressure

I got two suggestions on the first day. I haven't gotten anyone since and there's no one in the discovery section. Regardless it'll keep telling you to pay for a boost. One person has liked me but I can't see or contact them.

3 months of nothing I don't think this app does anything for 'free' but nag to pay and show old profiles

it doesn't give any suggestions. it keeps telling me to buy a subscription so I don't have to wait.

Misleading advertising

This app looks like you can use it for free. You can't, at all. You have to pay. False advertising. I would understand paying for premium features while still getting matches, but if getting a single match requires payment, just advertise…

another worthless money grabbing app. advertises $3.99/wk, but only offers plans starting at $40/mo. Should be a class action lawsuit against these dating apps against false advertisement. Don't pay to get skunked.

Wouldn’t recommend this app!! — This app isn’t bad but definitely needs a lot of improvements if it wants to be considered decent. For starters, not allowing people to view profiles that like them unless you pay a subscription is…

Paywall blocks the basics

this app really doesn't favor free users, you might get a few likes but they'll be locked behind a paywall and they'll never be in your list of recommendations so you'll never get to match with them. i don't recommend spending any money…

This app is essentially a scam. It's a shame because back in the day, it was pretty good. Now they put everything behind a paywall. Having to pay money to see who liked you is crazy. Probably 30% of the time, matches don't show up. I…

Gatekeeping dating app. Good and relevant matches are always behind the paywall and none are ever introduced. Also many matches are probably old and inactive. App itself is buggy and the UI always has issues.

These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.

This list is cut off. Apple shows at most 10 in-app purchases, and this app is at the limit — so it very likely sells more than we can see.
Google Play doesn’t publish per-purchase prices, so this list covers the other store only.

How a review signal works

Automated, review-derived, and always superseded by a human review.

A review signal is produced automatically from public app reviews by a classifier — never by a hands-on Appworthy test, and never by a human analyst. It exists so a real, not-yet-audited app can carry more than a blank “Not yet tested” listing, without ever being mistaken for an assessment.

A theme only appears above once at least 5 distinct reviews corroborate it — one angry review can never tag an app. These thresholds are published settings and may be tuned as coverage grows.

It carries no confirmed findings — reviews are one kind of evidence, and nothing here has been hands-on tested. The moment Appworthy publishes a full assessment of this app, it replaces this signal, permanently.

 Not yet human-reviewed

A human review replaces this review-derived signal with hands-on, recorded measurements.

Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
