What reviewers said
Verbatim excerpts from public store reviews, shown as corroborating user reports. They are not Appworthy audit evidence, and a quotation is not proof of the finding it sits under.
Aggressive ad load
Does not work — Too many ads won’t let you do ANYTHING
Feels like a scam with all the ads — Upfront, you’re bombarded with ads to get you to buy a subscription. When you cancel, the price drops by half. When you cancel again, you’re then offered a 15 days free trial. The graphics look like…
Nothing but advertising — If you have time to waste you may like this.
Misleading advertising
Doesn’t measure glucose — I’m not paying a subscription fee for a journal to manually put my measurements into. I can do that in Notes. False advertising.
False advertising blood sugar — Does not show blood sugar. Only 80 by default and yields 0.0 with hypoglycemia warning
Lies — This app does not measure anything except for your heart rate. Everything else you just add it advertises that it will measure blood sugar, but it’s a lie. It does not do not waste your money on this.
How a review signal works
A review signal is produced automatically from public app reviews by a classifier — never by a hands-on Appworthy test, and never by a human analyst. It exists so a real, not-yet-audited app can carry more than a blank “Not yet tested” listing, without ever being mistaken for an assessment.
A theme only appears above once at least 5 distinct reviews corroborate it — one angry review can never tag an app. These thresholds are published settings and may be tuned as coverage grows.
It carries no confirmed findings — reviews are one kind of evidence, and nothing here has been hands-on tested. The moment Appworthy publishes a full assessment of this app, it replaces this signal, permanently.
A human review replaces this review-derived signal with hands-on, recorded measurements.
Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
