Verbatim excerpts from public store reviews, shown as corroborating user reports. They are not Appworthy audit evidence, and a quotation is not proof of the finding it sits under.
Trial converts to a charge
Give them free money — Waste of money. Slick how you download and then get charged for a “ free trial”. I kept it 10 minutes, discovered it sucks and cancelled free trial
So-So — Wasn’t easy to use. I canceled after free trial … except apparently I it wasn’t processed as I was just charged
Not free trial — I decided to give this app a try since it offered a 3 day free trial but as soon as I selected that option I was charged $24.06 by Apple.
Hard to cancel
The tool is fine but BEWARE before you buy- there is NO WAY to unsubscribe — The transcribe tool works just fine. Now that i no longer need this service - there is no clear option to cancel my subscription. I have repeatedly reached out…
It is very hard to unsubscribe — I tried the free trial and decided it was not for me, it’s not been about a week and I still can not unsubscribe. Would not try app unless you really need to it’s a pain to unsubscribe.
Inaccurate transcription and hard to cancel — STAY AWAY
How a review signal works
A review signal is produced automatically from public app reviews by a classifier — never by a hands-on Appworthy test, and never by a human analyst. It exists so a real, not-yet-audited app can carry more than a blank “Not yet tested” listing, without ever being mistaken for an assessment.
A theme only appears above once at least 5 distinct reviews corroborate it — one angry review can never tag an app. These thresholds are published settings and may be tuned as coverage grows.
It carries no confirmed findings — reviews are one kind of evidence, and nothing here has been hands-on tested. The moment Appworthy publishes a full assessment of this app, it replaces this signal, permanently.
A human review replaces this review-derived signal with hands-on, recorded measurements.
Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
