Aggressive ad load
To many ads — I opened this app and literally every two seconds there is an ad. I don’t mind ads every once in a while. I realize it is how people make a living, but every two seconds? Come one. This needs to be fixed or you’ve lost me.
Payment needed — Don’t try this app if you’re not looking to pay. The amount of ads is ridiculous. I can’t even search a Pokemon and get to moves without an ad popping up. This happens multiple times before I’m able to get to the Pokemon…
Idk about this — There is ads every 3 seconds and I got to pay for some stuff
Paywall blocks the basics
Not free. — If you want literally half of everything you have to pay for it. Over half the pokemon are just straight up missing in the Pokédex without paying for premium. Theres websites with this exact information for free. 0/10 do not…
One of my must haves for a Pokemon play through — I love this app it’s just the thing I need for when I’m struggling on a gym leader. But the one thing I don’t like is that most of the good stuff is locked behind paywall and I know yall…
Money hungry — This app just wants money do NOT trust them almost every feature is locked behind a paywall
Reviewers report clear pricing
Amazing app — One time payment and you get offline access to the entire Pokemon game library. Very helpful and very fun app to use. If you plan on playing through multiple games I highly recommend buying premium. 10/10, you can tell this…
Best Pokédex app — I love this app, you’re able to organize your team, have all your moves, your levels, your stats and everything. Great app also, the paid version is nice because it’s a one time purchase and not a subscription. I love…
Great app! Great premium price — I absolutely love this app, been using it for years. I especially appreciate that the premium upgrade isn’t a subscription, but rather a one-time payment. Couldn’t recommend enough for Pokemon nerds like me
How a review signal works
A review signal is produced automatically from public app reviews by a classifier — never by a hands-on Appworthy test, and never by a human analyst. It exists so a real, not-yet-audited app can carry more than a blank “Not yet tested” listing, without ever being mistaken for an assessment.
A theme only appears above once at least 5 distinct reviews corroborate it — one angry review can never tag an app. These thresholds are published settings and may be tuned as coverage grows.
It carries no confirmed findings — reviews are one kind of evidence, and nothing here has been hands-on tested. The moment Appworthy publishes a full assessment of this app, it replaces this signal, permanently.
A human review replaces this review-derived signal with hands-on, recorded measurements.
Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
