Privacy concern — I had to download the app because a messy company called Zwilling made do it for a recalled item. You cannot use the app without agreeing to share your precise location. Deleted immediately.
Treat your customers as scammers — Untrustworthy, requests unnecessary permissions and doesn’t let you continue if you have a developer phone. Sad that have to deal with this resolve a dangerously recalled product.
