Hard to cancel
Scam — Not only is the writing quality garbage, the whole app seems like a scam. Made the mistake of paying for a subscription and can now found no way to cancel it. The chat feature in the app goes unanswered.
Good stories but…. — Very difficult to cancel, very difficult to understand how to use points. There is no history of purchased and used coins so you don’t even know if you got all of the coins you purchased. Should be way simpler.
Scam — There is literally no way to unsubscribe from anything. There is no way to actually contact anyone about it either. It tells you to unsubscribe in Apple settings but it doesn’t have it listed under subscriptions. It also won’t show…
Aggressive ad load
Good — This book app is good but does require a lot of commercials to unlock chapters. If you want to pay for it , it is about what they all cost.
Relaxing — I really enjoy the stories. They are very interesting and help me relax. I am excited every day to read more. I don’t enjoy having to watch endless ads but I won’t pay $99 to read a book.
Great app really free lots of ads instead — The app just has you watch ads for the most part to unlock chapters every now and again there is one you must pay for but you can usually get the coin free without much work
What this app sells
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
How a review signal works
A review signal is produced automatically from public app reviews by a classifier — never by a hands-on Appworthy test, and never by a human analyst. It exists so a real, not-yet-audited app can carry more than a blank “Not yet tested” listing, without ever being mistaken for an assessment.
A theme only appears above once at least 5 distinct reviews corroborate it — one angry review can never tag an app. These thresholds are published settings and may be tuned as coverage grows.
It carries no confirmed findings — reviews are one kind of evidence, and nothing here has been hands-on tested. The moment Appworthy publishes a full assessment of this app, it replaces this signal, permanently.
A human review replaces this review-derived signal with hands-on, recorded measurements.
Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
