We analyzed this app across 3 independent signals and corroborated nothing unfair. That is a signal, not an audit.
This analysis describes version 10.40.910 of the app, analyzed 2026-10-05 . The app may have changed since.
The store currently lists version 10.40.910, updated 2026-09-30.
What the analysis found
One source only — shown, not confirmed 4
A single kind of evidence. We publish these because withholding them would be the bigger distortion, and we do not treat any of them as a finding we stand behind.
What reviewers said
Verbatim excerpts from public store reviews, shown as corroborating user reports. They are not Appworthy audit evidence, and a quotation is not proof of the finding it sits under.
Aggressive ad load
Too many ads — The product is unusable with the quantity and length of unskippable 3 minute ads. I’ve recommended this product to my customers, but I will not move forward due to the insane number of ads.
TOO MANY ADS — I think I watched 45 mins of commercials while watching a 1hr45min movie.
Terrible app — I started a free trial to see if I wanted to spend over $60 a month and I immediately knew it wouldn’t be worth it. You have to watch 7 ads every 7 minutes it feels like, which is ridiculous considering how expensive it is…
Hard to cancel
So hard to cancel add ons — East to add an add on but even after jumping through hundred hoops you will not be able to cancel add ons or subscriptions online. Ended up calling and cancelling all subscriptions out of frustration. Terrible…
Misleading Cancellation Process — I need refund for the auto renewal that I didn’t approve. I already attempted to cancel the free trail before it ended. Somehow the UI was intentionally hidden the cancellation confirmation button, and…
Pathetic service, impossible to cancel — The stream freezes for well over a minute, I miss major game events, and I have to watch the big plays on the highlights shows. Also, when I try to cancel YouTube TV due to such terrible service…
Reports that the ads misrepresent the app
Sunday Ticket — Two weeks into the season and I still can’t watch all the teams. False advertising.
False Advertisement — You purchase programs that YouTube Tv won’t deliver. Completely scam.
Bait and switch — Used to be good. Now commercials are overwhelming. Better access is out there for the money, not wasting time, but not Youtube tv.
Price keeps rising
Prices — The app was pretty good competitor to dish and direct but the price kept going up. Lost channels kept the useless ones. Drop the price.
Obligatory ads on recorded programs — In the past when I recorded a program I was able to fast forward through the commercials. On programs that are pre-recorded but not by me, there would be ads which you can’t fast-forward thru, that is…
Corporate Greed — They’re doubling the price for NFL Sunday ticket for next season for no reason. Price gouging and gate keeping the sports we love is wrong
How the automated analysis works
This assessment is produced automatically. Three independent signals are read — user reviews, the store listing and the store privacy disclosure — and each candidate finding is filed under the sources that support it.
No charge stands on one kind of evidence — with one published exception. A finding is either a measured fact that anyone can reproduce (an ad SDK is in the package; every subscription bills weekly; the privacy label omits a tracker we can see), or it is an interpretation — and an interpretation needs independent sources to agree before it reaches the catch list. The exception is a harm only users can see: a charge may publish from reviews alone, as “Reported by N users”, once enough reviewers raise it to clear that charge’s own published bar. That agreement rule is what replaced the human reviewer, not a model’s confidence.
There is no overall score, on purpose. A 0–99 number was published here until 2026-09-15. It was withdrawn because it discriminated too weakly to be the instrument — 44.7% of every pair of apps tied — and because a single number is a verdict where a count is an observation. What publishes instead is a row of measurements, each of which says what was counted and, where we could not look, says that instead.
Findings under One source only are real reports we do not stand behind as findings. They are shown because withholding them entirely would hide a genuine complaint, and labelled because publishing them as charges would be an accusation off a single source.
Several measurements above say “Not assessed” because no artefact we hold can answer them. A human review is what resolves those — and it can remove a favourable band as easily as add one.
Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
