Why the number 80? Ever wonder what all those hard-to-track, pesky serving sizes do for you? A day's allotment roughly ends up being 80 Bites. But that's NOT where we are starting. When you use the 80Bites app, you will get a sound and a question at bite 26. WHY? If your stomach were OK, you would FEEL something. Most of you won't feel anything so keep eating; remember, even if you get to 50 Bites, it is just your current marker.
Tap the "Bite" button each time you put food in your mouth. For now, forget about beverages. Eat solid food - not soup - for the diagnostics part of the stomach training program.
Created by Registered Dietician Meredith Luce RD MS LN and Pilates Expert Joan Breibart, the 80Bites App precedes the 80Bites Program — 12 STEPS developed to downsize hunger — just like Ozempic! Shedding pounds happens automatically when your hunger is tamed.…

80-bitesWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Write to [email protected], or use the form. Name the finding, the app version and the evidence that needs correcting. Factual corrections are free and never depend on buying anything.
