About this app

Most notes apps lose track of time. You write something, it disappears into a folder, and a week later you can't remember why you made that decision or what you prepared for that meeting.

Agenda fixes this. Every note lives on a timeline alongside your calendar. Prepare for next week's client meeting, capture decisions as they happen, and look back at exactly what led you here — all in one view.

"It's my favorite new app in years."

— John Gruber, daringfireball.net

"Every notes app should work like Agenda."

— Khoi Vinh, subtraction.com

"One of the most interesting note-taking apps I've used."

— John Voorhees, MacStories

YOUR NOTES, CONNECTED TO YOUR CALENDAR

Attach any note to a date or link it directly to a calendar event. Mark notes as "On the Agenda" to surface them in a dedicated overview — your shortlist of what matters right now.

Version 23.4.3 · 2026-10-28
IMPROVED - iPhone Duo: the buttons sit at the outer edges, where your thumbs are. On the outer screen, search is at the top and the + is at the bottom. When the Duo is open like a book, the sidebar buttons move to a column at the left edge. FIXED - An attachment that you edited could stop opening, because it lost its file. Agenda now keeps the file and repairs the link. It also finds lost files when it can. - A new device could fail to sync and show a sync error again and again. This happened after Agenda cleaned up old projects in iCloud. - In search, Return moves to the next match in the note again. - A folded paragraph stays folded after Move Text Up or Move Text Down. - iPhone Duo: the…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
