About this app
AirGuard identifies tiny-trackers, like Samsung SmartTags or Tiles, that are following you and forwarding your location to a third-party. If a tracker is detected will get a notification.
The iPhone is able to warn you if someone uses an AirTag to track you, but there is no such protection against Samsung SmartTags or Tile trackers. AirGuard adds this layer of protection so you can feel safe in your daily-life.
With the scan option, you can always scan your surroundings and discover hidden trackers. You can search for a specific tracker and it tells you how close you get to it. When you reach 100% you found the device.
If no one is trying to track you, the app will never bother you.
How does it work?
AirGuard uses Bluetooth scans of your iPhone to find Samsung SmartTags and Tile trackers. Every tracker that is found will be saved locally on your device.…

Independent evidence report
Evidence and review signals
This is where the page changes from an app-store listing into an evidence report: findings, important reviews, pricing and a dated history.
What we measured
Each line is a measurement published as a measurement, never a verdict.
Each line is a measurement, published as a measurement. Where we have not looked, the line says so rather than reading as a zero.

Themes reported by reviewers
No theme reported
Counted from the reviews we have read for this app. "No theme reported" means no theme reached our reporting threshold — it is not a finding that nothing is wrong with this app, and we do not say it is.
Five-star share of ratings
80–89% five-star
Arithmetic on the stores' own published rating counts. It says nothing about why the ratings fall where they do.
In the package we scanned
No package has been scanned for this app, so nothing is published about what it ships. That is an absence of evidence about the app, not a finding about it.
