About this app

AlcoGrip is the no-nonsense alcohol tracker for iOS. Using AlcoGrip, you can keep track of your alcohol consumption via your phone, directly via your Apple Watch, or straight from your home screen or lock screen. Add your own drink presets or add consumptions manually, and gain insights in your alcohol usage. AlcoGrip automatically groups your consumptions in sessions, and you can see the consumptions you logged in the past 24 hours, week, month, or since the start of the year. AlcoGrip will also remind you to keep logging your consumptions, since thinking about an app is the last thing you want to do when you're enjoying some beverages. AlcoGrip can also integrate with Apple Health and Shortcuts, and provide data about your consumptions.

AlcoGrip does not require any subscription or in-app purchases to work, once you got the app - it's yours forever.…

Version 2026.2 · 2026-10-02
What's new in AlcoGrip 2026.2: - Scan a label: point your camera at a drink's label and AlcoGrip fills in the name, alcohol percentage, and volume for you - powered by Apple Intelligence (iOS 26+, on supported devices) - Create a drink from a consumption: logged a drink manually? Turn it into a saved drink afterwards, or create one on the spot while logging - Fresh drink icons and a more consistent look throughout the app - Buttons use iOS 26's Liquid Glass, and drink categories can be collapsed to keep your list tidy - Edit and log again directly from a consumption in Statistics

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
