مؤسسة (الرابعة) الرياضية-المسماة تيمناً بالسلطة الرابعة- هي مجموعة إعلامية أسسها الإعلامي (غزوان جاسم) في العام 2021، وما لبثت هذه المؤسسة أشهراً قليلاً حتى صدح صوتها محلياً وعربياً بنحو يليق بما قدمه ملاكها من الصحفيين والإعلاميين من خيرة ما موجود في الساحة العراقية. والمؤسسة هي شبكة قنوات ووكالة إخبارية تضم مجموعة إعلامية متميزة من الشباب الصحفي الطموح والمتمكن من ذوي الاختصاص في مجال الإعلام.
تؤمن مؤسسة (الرابعة) بأن الإعلام يمكن له تغيير الواقع العراقي بل حتى الإقليمي والعالمي عبر نقل رسالته من الشعوب إلى الحكومات والعكس صحيح. وتحترم مؤسستنا الفسيفساء العراقية من شماله إلى جنوبه، ونقل ما يتعلق بأخبار وادي الرافدين محلياً ودولياً؛ وتسليط الضوء عليه من أجل أمر واحد فقط هو رعاية مصالحه ومصالح شعبه والحفاظ عليها.
