选择同步方向后，自动比对两个账号中的运动记录，精准识别尚未同步的数据，一键完成补全，避免重复或遗漏。
3.健康数据同步
可从苹果健读取体重数据，同步至佳明中国区与国际区；国际区账号额外支持体脂率同步，让身体数据在两个区保持一致。
4.本地缓存与安全传输
通过佳明官方接口，将源区运动数据先导出至本地，再安全导入目标区账号。全程数据与密码仅存于本地，绝不上传第三方服务器。
5灵活稳定的同步方式
支持手动一键同步与定时自动同步。手动同步过程中锁屏或切换 App 不会中断；同步会明确标注来源（手动/后台），每次同步都清楚可控。
