About this app

AuraHDR Camera gives iPhone photographers advanced tools for capturing scenes that ordinary camera apps struggle with. Create detailed HDR images with up to 16-stop RAW exposure bracketing, achieve edge-to-edge sharpness with focus bracketing and automatic focus stacking, and shoot in Bayer RAW or Apple ProRAW—all from one powerful camera app.

WHAT MAKES AURAHDR DIFFERENT?

ADVANCED HDR CAMERA

AuraHDR’s proprietary AuraEngine tone mapping recovers detail in challenging lighting conditions. Each scene is analyzed automatically, while built-in tone controls let you fine-tune the result. For darker scenes, the Low Light preset helps produce cleaner photographs with improved detail.

Version 12.0.0 · 2026-08-31
AuraHDR Camera 12 is a major update featuring six enhancements that make the app more powerful and reliable: Focus Peaking — See sharp edges highlighted in real time, making it easier to identify exactly what is in focus. Draggable Magnifier — Move the magnifier anywhere in the frame so it doesn’t obstruct your subject. RAW Format Selection — On supported Pro iPhones, easily choose between Bayer RAW and Apple ProRAW when capturing exposure or focus brackets. More Reliable Long Exposures — Fixed an issue that could cause movement during long-exposure capture, resulting in soft images. Improved Focus and Exposure Lock — Focus lock now remains active after pressing the shutter—ideal for…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
