Stop doing math in front of the oven.
Bake Master does the baking math for you. Write a formula in baker's percentages with flour at 100%, or just set a total dough weight like "4 kg today." Change either one and the rest of the numbers follow.
[Included with the app]
■ Baker's percentage and total weight
Enter ratios with flour at 100% and get weights.
Set a total dough weight and it splits into ingredient weights at your ratios.
Switch between ratio and total as often as you like — the math keeps up.
■ Pan conversion
Calculates the volume of round, square and loaf pans and rescales the recipe.
Standard pan presets for Korea, Japan, Europe and the US are built in.
Fitting a 15 cm recipe into an 18 cm pan is no longer done by hand.
■ Save and organize recipes
Keep every formula that worked.…

These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
