Fixed an issue where effects could be generated with identical identifiers. This caused issues where unrelated effects would clobber registered effects on the player. Fixed issue causing the player’s gold amount to be incorrectly rendered when a game is started. Fixed an issue causing the video player to clip slightly. Fixed issue where "notice something" notifications would sometimes have an incorrect image and accessibility label. Removed unused code.
