Blood Sugar Log is a simple, private logbook for your glucose readings. Log a reading in seconds, see your 7, 30 and 90-day averages, and share a clean PDF report with your doctor. Everything stays on your phone, no account needed. This app is a personal record only: it is not a medical device, does not diagnose, does not connect to meters and never suggests medicine or insulin doses.
LOG IN SECONDS
• Enter your blood sugar in mg/dL or mmol/L and switch units any time
• Tag each reading: Fasting, Before meal, After meal, Bedtime or Random
• Add a note, pick the time, save: that is all
• See straight away whether a reading is below, inside or above the target range you set with your doctor…

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
