Hi, I’m Toby and I created Brightmind.
If you’re here, you probably already know meditation is valuable. The real question is: why Brightmind?
Most people try meditation… and don’t get very far. Either it’s explained in a way that’s overly complex and abstract, or it’s so simple it feels nice, but doesn’t really change anything.
That’s the problem Brightmind solves. Everything here is built on a single principle: as simple as possible, but no simpler.
I’ve spent years training in monasteries and over two decades teaching meditation. This approach comes from what actually works. I’ve stripped away the unnecessary complexity, while keeping the depth that makes meditation truly transformative. You’ll feel that in three places.

brightmind-meditationWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Write to [email protected], or use the form. Name the finding, the app version and the evidence that needs correcting. Factual corrections are free and never depend on buying anything.
