About this app

Day, week, month, year and tasks: Cali puts five views side by side, and you move between them with a swipe. Today's schedule and the weeks ahead are always just a swipe away.

Cali shows the calendars you've already set up on your iPhone, such as iCloud, Google or Exchange, so your events are there from the start.

Copy events and to-dos or move them to another day

Birthdays from your contacts

Search across titles, notes and locations

To-do lists with subtasks, due dates and priorities, stored in your own iCloud account

Import existing to-dos from the Reminders app

Widgets for the month, upcoming events, to-dos you can check off, birthdays and the date

11 color themes, 9 app icons, plus light and dark mode

Cali is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time purchase. With Family Sharing, your purchase covers your family too.

App Store

Version 26.3 · 2026-10-27
• Events widget completely reworked based on your feedback: it shows as many events as fit and tells how many are hidden • Font style now applies to the widgets as well • Copied items stay available for pasting onto several days • The iOS date and time picker combines date and time in one picker • Fixed: calendars with locked settings were not selectable for new events • Fixed: start and end dates changed unexpectedly when switching an event between all-day and timed • New in the settings: "Rate Cali". We would be very happy about a positive review.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
