About this app
About this app
For a company to prosper, employees need to be the center of business success. With that comes the need to help employees improve their performance. And for that to happen, three elements need to be used holistically: advanced gamification; personalized microlearning; and, real-time employee performance management. Uniquely, those are the core of the Centrical real-time employee performance management platform.
Centrical Mobile gives employees at companies using the platform a powerful yet easy-to-use, 24/7 way for them to perform at their best.
The app shows users, in real-time, how they’re doing and what they need to do next to hit their goals. In addition, it presents challenges and that spur them to compete with peers, across teams or individually on learning activities or goal-specific performance.…

Method and limits
What a missing label means
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Limits of this report
- A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
- Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
- Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
- A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
