About this app

Alien amp stacks are descending. Each one wears a Roman numeral on its grille, and only one thing can destroy it: the chord that numeral names in the key you are in.

Chord Destroyer takes the part of music theory everyone skips, diatonic harmony, and turns it into an arcade game you can actually finish. Fly the guitar, read the numeral, fire the right notes.

HOW IT PLAYS

A stack descends wearing a numeral: IV, vi, ii. Work out which chord that is in the current key and fire it before the stack crosses the danger line. The right chord blows it apart. The wrong one is absorbed, and the stack lurches closer. In the key of D, vi is B minor. In the key of A, it's F# minor. The numeral means the same thing in every key, and once that clicks, it never stops being useful.

Version 1.4 · 2026-09-19
The aliens are amp stacks now. Destroy one and it breaks up; let one through and it swaggers off the field. Boss fights are rebuilt. The boss arrives, its health is the cabs in its stack, and every hit knocks it back. The end screens tell you which key beat you. New in Practice: a chord chart. Every chord in every key, with the shapes to play it, open and barred. New sound: a bass line under play that walks down the key and quickens as the closest alien nears the danger line, plus new cues for hits, misses and breaches. Accuracy now counts a chord that got through as a failed attempt, so the stars agree with the number beside them. Respects your Reduce Motion setting. Cleaner docks,…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
