About this app

During a cardiac arrest, one person taps each intervention as it happens. CodeScribe EMS keeps the times, runs the rhythm check and epi timers on the buttons themselves, and writes the narrative for your PCR when the code ends. The record comes from the real timeline, not from memory at the station.

FOR THE SCRIBE

• One tap per intervention: CPR, rhythm, analyze, shock, epi, amiodarone, airway, IV/IO, EtCO2, ROSC, transport, notes. Every entry can be edited afterward.

• Cycle timers you can see. Two-minute rhythm cycles and epi intervals count down on the buttons. Silent, visual only, and set to your protocol.

• Chart-ready at the end: duration, time to first compression, shock and epi, a written narrative to copy into your ePCR, or a PDF timeline to share.

• Your buttons.…

Version 2.1 · 2026-10-22
Now in Arabic, Hindi and Traditional Chinese, for nine languages in all. • The language you choose in Settings now applies everywhere in the app, including button labels, the patient label, the timeline, outcomes and the start-of-code questions. • Doses and drug names are saved in English and shown in your language, so a record exported in English stays in English. • The narrative and the PDF list every ROSC and re-arrest in order, and the PDF shows the amiodarone count. • More screens are translated, including the Note, EtCO2 and Other medication sheets and the undo question. • Times you edit near midnight land on the right day and stay within the code. • Two quick taps on Start Code…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
