About this app

Step into the Galactic Universe with Datapad | Aurebesh Translator!

Discover the galaxy's secrets with Datapad, your ultimate tool for exploring the rich languages and alphabets of a vast galaxy. Whether you're deciphering ancient scripts, decoding glyphs with your camera, or crafting your own messages, Datapad empowers you to translate, learn, and share with ease, inside a sleek, immersive galactic-themed interface.

Powerful Translation Tools:

A robust two-way translator converts text between English and a wide range of galactic scripts: six Aurebesh fonts (Standard, Core, Cantina, Nexus, Droid, Pixel), two versions of Mando'a (Old and New), and six Outer Rim scripts. Digraph rendering is supported across all Aurebesh fonts for accurate combinations like "ch," "ae," and "th."…

Datapad 4.0.0: THE OPTICAL AGE The biggest upgrade yet. Decode, attune, and transmit like never before. OPTICAL SCANNER Point your camera at Aurebesh, Mando'a, or Outer Rim glyphs and Datapad reads them back to English, instantly, on-device, and fully offline. Script and font are detected automatically. Scan live, or upload a holo from your photo library or the Files app. KYBER CRYSTALS Attune your Datapad to a crystal to recolor the whole app, or forge your own. Hunt down hidden crystals, including the unstable Black Crystal and the spectrum-shifting RGB Crystal, each with its own animation and activation burst. A LIVING INTERFACE A jump-to-lightspeed hyperspace launch, a holographic…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
