About this app

How many days has it been since you quit? Daystreak turns any start date into a simple counter you can see every day.

Smoke-free: day 103. Sober: day 88. Together: day 512. Reading streak: day 20.

Choose a start date, then decide whether to count calendar days or the exact time elapsed. Daystreak takes care of the milestones, reminders, widgets, and memories worth keeping.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK

• Days since quitting smoking or vaping

• Days sober, substance-free, or in recovery

• Days since a relapse, reset, or fresh start

• Reading, running, gym, study, meditation, and no-spend streaks

• Anniversaries, weddings, children, pets, and important life moments

• Incident-free and workplace safety days…

• Hold to check in: press and hold the check-in button to charge it up, then let go for a burst. • Apple Watch refresh: an at-a-glance card for your most relevant streak, check-in right below your streak, and complications that match the app. • Starting over keeps your history: total days, best streak and past runs stay on the calendar. • Paused streaks now show the day they stopped on. • Widgets stay readable on tinted and clear Home Screens, and follow the app's language. • Theme names now match their colors. • Plus smaller fixes and polish.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
