Türkiye, deprem riski yüksek bir ülkedir. Yüzölçümü bakımından büyük bir alan kaplayan ülkemizin doğusundan batısına, kuzeyinden güneyine birçok aktif fay hattı bulunmaktadır. Bu nedenle, Türkiye'de sık sık depremler meydana gelmektedir.
eDeprem uygulaması, Türkiye'de meydana gelen depremleri gerçek zamanlı olarak harita üzerinde gösterir ve kullanıcılara deprem hakkında anlık bilgi sağlar. Uygulama, 1990'dan itibaren günümüze kadar yaşanmış depremlerin kronolojik olarak görsel sunumunu yapar.
Depremleri takip etmek isteyen kullanıcılar için oldukça kullanışlı bir uygulamadır. Uygulamayı indirdikten sonra bildirimleri açarak, kullanıcı tercihli filtreleme ile deprem olduğu anda tercihlerine uygun şekilde bilgilendirilir.
