About this app

EierUhr calculates the perfect boiling time for your eggs instead of guessing.

Choose the egg size, how you like it and whether the egg comes straight from the fridge or is at room temperature. EierUhr uses a physical heat-transfer model to calculate the time the yolk needs to reach the right temperature.

COOKED RIGHT, EVEN IN THE MOUNTAINS

Water boils at a lower temperature the higher you are. EierUhr uses your location once to determine your altitude and the resulting boiling point of the water, and adjusts the boiling time accordingly.

ALWAYS IN VIEW

• Alarm when your eggs are done – even in Focus mode thanks to time-sensitive notifications

• Notification 20 seconds before the end
