A simplified app to track your fasting start/stop and duration, your daily water intake. and your weight. In set-up, you choose how long you want to fast, how much daily water you want, and when you want to weigh in. As well as reminder settings, such as don't remind me to drink more water after 8pm.
No guilt trips about diet - you're an adult, you know what to eat. This is a simple reminder of when you're fasting, and how much daily water to drink!
