About this app

FitWoody turns your Apple Watch into a recovery coach. Every morning: HRV, sleep score, training load, VO2 max and a readiness score that tells you when to push or rest.

► YOUR WOODY FOR A HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE

FitWoody goes beyond activity tracking. It listens to your body and adapts your daily goals based on your recovery, energy, and sleep. Woody, your companion, reflects your wellbeing and keeps you motivated through every step of your journey, turning health tracking into something warm, personal, and alive.

► METABOLIC AND HEALTH INSIGHTS

Every night, while you sleep, your Apple Watch quietly measures key health signals like HRV, resting heart rate, VO₂ max, blood oxygen, breathing rate, and body temperature. FitWoody translates those metrics into a simple readiness score that helps you decide whether to push or rest.…

Version 2.8.1 · 2026-10-23
► NO MORE BACKGROUND CRASHES FitWoody could close unexpectedly in the background when several syncs overlapped, leaving your latest workouts and sleep waiting until you opened the app again. Now overlapping syncs wait their turn, so FitWoody stays running and your data keeps up. ---- ► BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO FitWoody now lays itself out around iPhone Duo's fold, closed or open, upright or sideways. Onboarding and sign-in place the picture and the words side by side across the fold, screens step around the corner camera on the outer display, and Continue moves above the keyboard instead of hiding behind it. ► FITWOODY IN YOUR MENU BAR On Mac, FitWoody can now live in the menu bar. This list is cut off. Apple shows at most 10 in-app purchases, and this app is at the limit — so it very likely sells more than we can see.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
