About this app
Meet Forma—your AI-powered PDF editor that lets you fill, sign, scan, and edit documents.
Contracts to sign, forms to fill, files to convert—and no laptop in sight. With Forma, all you need is your phone: edit text, fill out forms, add your signature, scan paper, and convert between formats without disrupting the layout. When a document needs more than editing—a summary, a rewrite, a draft from scratch—the built-in AI assistant will take care of that too.
From the creators of iScanner, trusted by 145M+ users.
With Forma, you get:
• A clean interface that keeps PDF work intuitive. • A built-in scanner with OCR that turns paper into searchable, editable files. • An AI assistant that summarizes, catches mistakes, and generates content. • Secure cloud storage synced across iPhone, iPad, and web.

What we measured

Themes reported by reviewers
No theme reported
Counted from the reviews we have read for this app. "No theme reported" means no theme reached our reporting threshold — it is not a finding that nothing is wrong with this app, and we do not say it is.
Five-star share of ratings
80–89% five-star
Arithmetic on the stores' own published rating counts. It says nothing about why the ratings fall where they do.
In the package we scanned
No package has been scanned for this app, so nothing is published about what it ships. That is an absence of evidence about the app, not a finding about it.
