French Audio Books puts a wide library of French-language classics and beloved titles right in your pocket, read aloud by volunteer narrators who bring the language to life.
Whether you're actively learning French or just love listening to francophone literature, this app keeps things simple and focused. Browse the full catalog, search by title or author, and start listening in seconds. Pull down to refresh, page through results, and tap into any book that catches your eye.
Each book page shows the cover, a summary, and a full chapter list — all in one place. You can jump to any chapter you want or pick up exactly where you left off last time. That makes it easy to re-listen to tricky passages, which is genuinely one of the better ways to absorb French pronunciation and sentence rhythm over time.

french-audio-booksWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
