About this app

Grantwetter is the weather app that tells it like it is. Instead of “cloudy” you get the grant-o-meter from 0 to 10 – and a persona who grumbles along. And when it gets truly awful, the app cheers you up: with recipes, rain and fireplace sounds, a breathing exercise and a sticker album for weather survived.…

Rain radar is here: • Rain ticker under the line: “Rain in 25 min · moderate · about 45 min” – with a line from your persona • Snow gets its own announcement and its own lines • Rain chart for the next three hours, to the minute in Austria and Germany • Grant Pass: radar map with the last hour and the next two, ready to play • Grant Pass: rain alert as a push before it starts – with lead time and quiet hours • Grant Pass: seasonal app icons – the grumpy cloud dresses up through the year, right now for Halloween, soon as Krampus and for Christmas • “Comfort me” now sticks with the same comfort all day • The grumpy cloud now wears its scarf so you can actually tell

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
