Gratuity Calculator: UAE is an end of service gratuity calculator for employees in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the rest of the UAE. It estimates your final settlement under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and shows exactly how the amount is worked out.
NEW: GRATUITY TRACKER
Save your current job once and the Tracker shows:
- The gratuity you've earned so far, updated every day
- Your next milestone: one year of service, five years (when each year starts earning 30 days instead of 21) and the two-year cap, with dates and amounts
- A growth chart for the next 5 or 10 years, or all the way to the cap
- "What if I leave on...": pick any date and see what you'd receive…

Appworthy
gratuity-calculatorWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
