About this app

Learn every flag on Earth - and the countries behind them.

Flag Quiz covers all 196 countries: their flags, their capitals and their outlines on the map. Play a quick round, study at your own pace, or come back each day for a new puzzle.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Flag quiz: guess the country from its flag, by region or worldwide

- Capitals: learn which city belongs to which country

- Country outlines: optional map-shape questions you can switch on or off

- Daily puzzle: one country a day, guessed from its outline in six tries

- 40 levels: climb from the easy flags to expert

- Word scramble: spell the country from jumbled letters

- Time challenge: how many flags can you name in 60 seconds?

- Browse and learn: all 196 flags with capitals and populations

- Flashcards: study any region without the pressure of a score

- US states: all 50 state flags, with their capitals, as their own set…

Version 2.3.0 · 2026-10-06
Every daily puzzle ever, and a rebuilt first run. • Puzzle archive: every daily puzzle since the first one, with another added each morning. Today's puzzle is always free; the archive comes with Pro. • A new first run: real flags instead of emoji, and a finish screen that names the countries you knew and the ones you didn't. • Master the map fits sixteen levels on screen where it used to show eight. • Daily puzzle guesses now show how close you were as a bar. The old percentage was measured against the far side of the planet, so a guess a continent away still read as 84%. • One consistent button, clearer colours, and a calmer home screen.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
