About this app

WLog is the gym log and workout tracker that raises your weights for you. Log every set in one tap on iPhone, Apple Watch or straight from the Lock Screen, hit the top of your rep range, and WLog adds weight to the bar for your next session.

Run a 5x5, a Push/Pull/Legs split or a routine of your own. Strength training, bodybuilding or a quick home workout with dumbbells: it all goes into one gym log that works offline, with no ads and no account.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, DONE FOR YOU

Give each exercise a rep range, say 8 to 12. Once every working set reaches the top of it, WLog raises the weight for your next session: double progression, handled by the app instead of your memory. You decide how much each step adds. Miss your reps three sessions in a row and WLog takes 10% off. Link a back-off set to your top set at a percentage and it follows whenever the top set moves.…

Imported plans now keep every set. • Plans imported from photos, PDFs and pasted text bring in all their sets, with %1RM and RPE read correctly • Editing several sets at once no longer drops any of them • Smoother purchases and subscription management • Fixes and polish throughout

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
