GYMSHARK66 IS BACK: CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN JUST 66 DAYS
Gymshark66 is a 66-day commitment to getting your goals. All you’ve gotta do is choose three daily habits that suit you. Then tick them off, every day, for 66 days.
HOW DO I TRACK MY HABITS?
Download the Gymshark Training App (it’s completely free), sign up to Gymshark66 and choose your three daily habits. Whether it’s 30 mins at the gym or a 30-min walk. 10 mins of mindfulness or 10 pages of a book. And, after 66 days, you’ll have created 3 new habits that are proven to last a lifetime. Not bad, hey?
1000'S OF FREE WORKOUTS
We’ve made our Training App even better to help you along the way. It’s got 1000’s of free workouts, led by your fave Gymshark Athletes, which can be done pretty much anywhere! We’ve even included running plans this year for all your Forrest Gump’ers.

What we measured
Each line is a measurement published as a measurement, never a verdict.

Themes reported by reviewers
No theme reported
Counted from the reviews we have read for this app. "No theme reported" means no theme reached our reporting threshold — it is not a finding that nothing is wrong with this app, and we do not say it is.
Five-star share of ratings
90% or more five-star
Arithmetic on the stores' own published rating counts. It says nothing about why the ratings fall where they do.
In the package we scanned
No package has been scanned for this app, so nothing is published about what it ships. That is an absence of evidence about the app, not a finding about it.
