Your Apple Health data is yours, but it stays locked inside your iPhone. Health Exporter & Shortcuts gets it out as clean, structured JSON that anything can read: an AI assistant you want to ask about your training, a spreadsheet, a database, or your own scripts.

• Exported routes now carry the whole heart rate trace when two sensors recorded the same workout, instead of only the stretches one of them covered • Export Workouts and Export Health Data no longer stop to ask for a period when you give them your own start and end dates, so an automation finishes on its own • Plus the usual warm up for stability and performance
Optimizations and bug fixes.
