Choose from many widget options, including simple value widgets and widgets with compact charts. Keep your key health metrics visible at a glance — without clutter, unnecessary dashboards, or complicated setup.
Supported metrics include heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, steps, distance, weight, waist circumference, dietary energy, HRV, VO₂ Max, BMI, blood pressure, blood glucose, body temperature, wrist temperature, and exercise time.
Open any metric in the app to view a clear history, charts, and useful summary stats. You can quickly switch between day, 24-hour, week, month, and year views to better understand how your values change over time.
