Plan outdoor work, workouts, sports, hikes, travel and everyday errands with HeatGuard. Read heat index, WBGT and UV from current conditions or your own inputs, then turn them into a clear risk level. Track the hourly and weekly outlook, save places, follow an action checklist, plan hydration, start a recovery timer and set alerts. Your calculation history stays on your device and can be exported as CSV.
HeatGuard is for personal planning and general heat-risk awareness. It is not a medical device, not for emergencies, and not a substitute for official occupational-compliance tools or professional advice.
