About this app

HEDGE is a daily true/false trivia game with a twist: you don't just answer, you bet how sure you are. 50% means "no clue." 99% means "bet the house." The scoring rewards calibration: being right about how much you actually know, not just being right.

NEW: HEDGE PARTY

Bring Hedge to game night. Put the stage on a TV, a Mac, or an iPad, and everyone plays from their own phone.

• Bets stay secret until the whole room locks in. Then the stage reveals the truth and every bet at once.

• Nine free party packs, three rounds of ten questions each: the Sixties through the Nineties, wizards, starships, and more.

• A sure call pays, a confident miss stings, and an honest hedge keeps you in it. The finale hands out the night's awards.

• New Apple TV app: run the party from your living room.…

Hedge Party is here. Bring Hedge to game night. • Put the stage on a TV, a Mac, or an iPad, and everyone plays from their own phone. Bets stay secret until the whole room locks in, then the stage reveals the truth and every bet at once. • New Apple TV app: run the party right from your Apple TV. Pick a pack with the remote and the room joins from their phones. • Nine free party packs, three rounds of ten questions each: the Sixties through the Nineties, wizards, starships, and more. • Same bets as your daily round. A sure call pays, a confident miss stings, and an honest hedge keeps you in it. The finale hands out the night's awards. • Built for iPhone Duo: controls move to the side rail,…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
