The Horizon Blue app makes it easy to access your health plan information. Plus you can find care and connect with Horizon member services. The app is intended for use by Horizon members. Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is an independent licensee of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association.
The Horizon Blue app is free and lets you:
