InnerPulse is a mood tracker with built-in clinical questionnaires (PHQ-9, GAD-7). Track your mood every day, see which factors lift or lower it, and keep an eye on your mental health over time. Your data stays on your devices.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU

No account, no tracking, no ads. App lock protects your entries with Face ID or Touch ID and hides your content in the app switcher too.

Optional sync, end-to-end encrypted: when you turn on device sync, InnerPulse encrypts every entry on your device with AES-256 before it goes to your iCloud storage. Your iCloud Keychain carries the key. Neither the developer nor Apple can read the content. Sync is off by default.

DEVICE SYNC - If device sync fails, the sync page now shows the error code from iCloud. Until now the status just kept spinning in that case. - If a device can't decrypt entries from another device yet, it now says "Waiting for the key" instead of "Up to date" and points you to iCloud Keychain. Once the key arrives, the entries appear without restarting the app. - If you set up sync on two devices at the same time, they now agree on a shared key even if InnerPulse was closed when the key arrived. - Below "Sync now" you'll now find what to do if entries don't show up: sync needs "Passwords & Keychain" turned on in iCloud on every device, even if you otherwise use a different password…
