About this app

Interteno is a native iPhone, iPhone Duo and iPad client for your own Plex Media Server, written from scratch in SwiftUI. It brings together the video browsing of Plex, the music engine of Plexamp and the server monitoring of PlexDash or Varys, with an Apple Watch app, CarPlay and a widget.

BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO Fold it like a book and the screen becomes two pages: Home, Libraries and Search on the right, as on the closed display, and whatever you choose on the left. Prop it on a table and every main screen splits around the fold, with controls on the half lying flat and Up Next beneath a playing video.

BROWSE & WATCH Home opens with a featured banner you control, then Continue Watching, On Deck and your libraries, each with Recommended, Collections and Categories. Detail pages carry cast, critic reviews and your own star rating; tap anyone in the cast for their biography.…

Interteno 2.0 is made for iPhone Duo, and brings everything new since 1.0. BUILT FOR IPHONE DUO Open it like a book and the screen becomes two pages. Home, Libraries and Search sit on the right, just as they look with the phone closed, and whatever you choose opens on the left. Albums, artists, Music, Radio, Sonic Journey and the Dashboard spread across both pages, with nothing on the crease. Prop it on a table and the screen splits around the fold: artwork and pictures above, controls within reach below, and Up Next and Continue Watching beneath a playing video. Closed, every screen turns with the phone and Now Playing keeps its controls down the side. Lying fully open, you get the iPad…
