About this app

Stop paying monthly fees just to manage your inventory. SellStock is the all-in-one inventory + POS app that you buy once and own forever — now with split payments, sales on credit, refunds, suppliers and full backups.

◆ ONE PAYMENT. NO SUBSCRIPTIONS. EVER.

No monthly fees, no annual renewals, no "premium" tiers. Every feature included, every future update free.

◆ YOUR DATA NEVER LEAVES YOUR DEVICE

While other apps upload your sales to their servers, SellStock keeps everything on YOUR device. No external databases, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. Optional iCloud sync stays in your personal iCloud account — we never see it.

◆ WORKS EVERYWHERE — EVEN OFFLINE

No Wi-Fi at your market booth? No problem. SellStock works 100% offline. Sell, track stock and run reports without internet. iCloud catches up automatically when you're back online.…

App Store

Version 1.4 · 2026-09-24
What's new in v1.4: • Refunds now return exactly what the customer paid, including tax and discounts. On credit sales you'll see how much is cash back and how much is balance cancelled. • Fixed: editing a product priced at 1,000 or more could change its price. If you edited such products, please check their prices. • Sales always charge the price shown at checkout, even if a product's price changes meanwhile. • CSV import no longer stops at one bad row, reads multi-line notes correctly and handles large files smoothly. • Product photos take up far less iCloud space. • Restoring a backup now asks for confirmation first. • More accurate profit reports, date ranges and iCloud sync status.

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
