About this app

Every invoice app can tell you who owes you money. This one picks up the phone and asks for it.

Invoice Manager Pro now comes with an AI receptionist. It answers the calls you miss while you are on a job, books the work, and when an invoice goes past due it calls the customer, politely, in your name, only when you say go, then tells you exactly what they said.

Still no monthly fee. Still works offline. Still yours on every device.

YOUR AI RECEPTIONIST

• Chases late invoices by phone. It knows who owes what and for how long, because it is reading your ledger, not guessing. You approve who gets called and when.

• Answers the calls you cannot take. Missed calls are missed jobs. It picks up, answers questions about your services and hours, and takes a message you can read later.
