About this app

It's as simple as it gets, a Julian date and clock app built for people who need the numbers fast.

Julian Clock shows everything you need at a glance:

• Julian date (YJJJ or YYDDD, your choice in Settings)

• Local time with running seconds

• Date in military format (e.g. 19JUN26)

• Day of the week

• Zulu time (GMT)

New in version 2

• Home Screen widgets — small and medium layouts with Julian date, Zulu, and military date

• Lock Screen widgets — circular, rectangular, and inline at-a-glance views

• Apple Watch app — Julian date and Zulu on your wrist, plus complications

• iPad support — universal layout for desk and EFB use

• Historical lookup — pick any date on the calendar to get its Julian day

• Eight themes — Navy, Air Force, Army, Marines, Coast Guard, Space Force, Dark, and Light

Widgets and the Watch app stay in sync with your format and theme choices.…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
