Stop guessing. Start cooking with absolute confidence.
Kelvin Sous Vide is the sous vide calculator built for home cooks who care about precision. Forget cross-referencing Baldwin tables, food-safety guides, and blog posts that all disagree with each other. Pick your protein, set your preferences, and get a scientifically grounded time and temperature result in under 10 seconds.
HOW IT WORKS
Kelvin uses real heat-transfer physics - Baldwin equations combined with pathogen pasteurisation D-values - to calculate a cook time specific to your exact cut, thickness, doneness level, and texture preference. It is not a static chart. It is a calculation engine that adapts to what you are actually cooking.
WHAT YOU CAN COOK
Choose from 7 protein categories with specific cuts:
Beef: Ribeye, NY Strip, Tenderloin, Chuck Roast, Short Rib, and more
Lamb
Poultry
Pork
Fish
Vegetables
Eggs…

kelvin-sous-videWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
