Liftza is a workout log for the gym. You track your sets, reps and weight, follow your routines, and it keeps a record of what you lifted and when.
Start a workout and tap in each set as you go. Liftza runs the rest timer between sets, shows a notification while you're training so you can check it from the lock screen, and flags a new PR when you beat an old best.
Logging a workout
- Enter sets, reps, weight, duration and RPE
- 500+ exercises with instructions and animations, plus room to add your own
- Rest timer with lock-screen alerts and a workout notification that stays put
- Warm-up sets, supersets and drop sets all work
Routines
- Build your own and sort them into folders
- Set a target rep range and weight for each exercise
- Or start from one of the 26 ready-made programs…

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
