About this app

LoopMix is a minimalist AUv3 looper for iPad, built for live performers. Record, overdub and undo your parts hands-free from a MIDI pedal — and hear your own mix on stage, without a sound engineer.

Run one instance per input in AUM — voice, guitar, keys — and you have a full multi-track looper, with its own fader for every source.

TRACK FADER

The vertical fader controls your track level at all times — recording, playback and standby. Use it as your mix fader directly inside the plugin, independently for each instance.

REAL-TIME RECORDING

Up to 60 seconds of loop recording per instance at 48 kHz. Mono in, stereo out. Hit Record, play your part, hit Record again — the loop starts instantly.

OVERDUB

Layer new parts over a playing loop without changing its length.…

Version 1.3 · 2026-09-14
Overdub is here. Layer new parts over a playing loop without changing its length, and undo the last pass if it didn't land. A Feedback control decides whether layers stack forever or fade away gradually. MIDI control is now fully remappable — assign any CC to any action by pressing Learn and tapping your pedal, or just type the number in. The new CYCLE function drives the whole workflow from a single switch: empty → Record, recording → Play, playing → Overdub. Ideal for one or three button pedals. Your live input is now audible over a playing loop, so you can rehearse a part before committing it. Also fixed: multi-instance recording could produce very short or truncated loops on Slave…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
