My OA Toolkit (OAT) is a recovery companion built for members of Overeaters Anonymous (OA). Work the 12 steps, track your recovery milestones, and strengthen your program from compulsive eating, all from your phone.
Built by Nathan, in recovery via the 12 steps since 1996. This app was created to support the kind of daily stepwork that keeps us grounded in the program.
Permission to use the OA name granted by Overeaters Anonymous, Inc. This permission in no way implies endorsement of this product or affiliation with its designer.
FOOD JOURNAL & PLAN OF EATING TOOL
Use the Food Journal to log everything you eat throughout the day, your personal plan of eating tracker. At the end of the day, email your food log directly to your OA sponsor from within the app.…

“Not assessed” means we could not measure it. It is never a zero and never a pass.
No package has been scanned for this app, so nothing is published about what it ships. That is an absence of evidence, not a finding.

Now you can add your own prayers! • New My Prayers section on Home: add your own prayers, then read, edit, and share them anytime. • A new Text Size slider in Settings sets the text size for this app alone. • The Thomas Merton Prayer now matches his book Thoughts in Solitude word for word. • Your reminders now keep their settings after you sign out. • Small fixes and improvements. Thank you for being part of My OA Toolkit! Nathan
Appworthy
my-oa-toolkit-overeaters-stepsWhat the stores publish. Store ratings are the stores’ numbers, not Appworthy’s, and are never averaged across stores.
From the store listing. Billing terms are read from each purchase’s name — the stores don’t publish them — so treat them as a strong hint, not a disclosure.
These are really on sale; we just can’t tell from the name whether they recur.
Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.
Write to [email protected], or use the form. Name the finding, the app version and the evidence that needs correcting. Factual corrections are free and never depend on buying anything.
