About this app

Remember doodling games in the back of your notebook during class? Tic Tac Toe in the margins. Dots & Boxes on the last page. Snake on every scrap of paper you could find.

Notebook Games brings that feeling back — right on your phone.

Every game is hand-drawn on warm, yellowed notebook paper. The lines wobble a little. The text looks pencilled in. The background has eraser marks and pencil smudges, just like the real thing. It's not polished. That's the point.

18 games, all hand-drawn on paper:

• Doodle Kingdom — A full card adventure drawn in the margins. Build your deck, battle doodle monsters, reach the boss. No two runs alike.

• Tic Tac Toe — The timeless classic, plus Super (4x4) and Ultimate (nine boards in one) modes.

• Dots & Boxes — Draw lines, capture squares, outwit the AI.

• Gomoku — Five in a row on a 15x15 grid.…

Store update history

Each store’s release notes, as the developer wrote them. They are the developer’s words, not ours.

App Store

Version 1.3.0 · 2026-08-30
Our biggest update yet! • Doodle Kingdom — a hand-drawn card adventure. Build your deck, battle doodle monsters, and reach the boss. • Daily Challenge — a fresh puzzle every day of the week, same for everyone. Build a streak, share your result as a hand-drawn card. • Two new word games: Winding Words (trace theme words through the grid) and Five Letters (guess the word in six tries). • New modes: No-Guess Minesweeper (pure logic, no luck), Maze One Line (one stroke, every cell), and Ultimate Tic Tac Toe (nine boards, one winner). • Hangman now teaches: pronunciation, meaning, and example sentence after every word. • Two new Pro themes: Aged Parchment and Blueprint. • A reorganized notebook…

Method and limits

What this report can and cannot show

What a missing label means

Not yet tested. No analysis has been published for this app, so there is no method to describe for it yet. A missing label is not a clean bill of health: it means nothing has been read, not that nothing is wrong.

Limits of this report

  • A package scan is static. It identifies code and text in one Android build. It does not measure a live ad session, test a deletion request, or count the steps needed to cancel.
  • Reviews keep their sample. A review-only charge shows distinct reviewers, the share and the sample size, and is published only once it clears that label’s published threshold. Calibration labels are machine-drafted and not yet confirmed by a person.
  • Not assessed is a state. It is never a zero and never a pass.
  • A missing label is not a clean bill of health. It means the evidence did not support one, not that the app is problem-free.
Not yet human-reviewed. A human review gives an app hands-on, recorded measurements. None has been run for this app. Hands-on inspections are not yet open.
